Central to Sicily with Vucciria market square not far about 2-3 minutes walking. Customer service was very high at the hotel and Farhana one of the lady’s at reception was on-hand to make certain we enjoyed the breakfast and was very friendly and welcoming. Thank-you

Wonderful staff. I stay here often and I just feel so at home.
This cannot be helped by the hotel: Friday and Saturday the area can be a bit noisy! But that's a trade-off for so many wonderful benefits. Palermo is a noisy city! But it's not bland...
