The location is good on the coast.
I have stayed here many times before. However, the cabin I stayed in (no. 7) had vinyl flooring that needed replacing, the TV couldn't be tuned, and the mini fridge was rusted. The cabin needs to be stripped and refurbished. $150 for the night was too expensive and should be between $80 and $100 per night, and the guest should be notified of the cabin's condition. I've notified the owner by email and said he will follow up on it. Have heard nothing more. Unsure if I would stay there again after the price and condition of the cabin (n.7)
