Excellent stay—wonderful hospitality!
I had a very nice five-day stay at Sunny Side Villa. The father and son who run it are incredibly gentle, relatable, and helpful with everything.
My room and bathroom were spotless, with perfectly functioning air conditioning and a great hot water shower. Breakfast was good with ample portions of fresh fruit to start the day.
The villa is close to the road, which didn't bother me at all, but is worth noting for very light sleepers. Overall, a clean and welcoming gem. Highly recommended!

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and to some restaurants.
Very clean inside room and bathroom.
Nice balcony and good AC in room.
WiFi not the strongest.
One of our night’s sleeps was noisy and kept us up, advertised as soundproofing but you can hear the road outside a lot.

Location, really lovely hosts, ac worked, netting for mossies , had everything you needed, nose is not a problem after 9pm
The breakfasts got better each day with a BBC slight variation to them! I love it when the breakfast is more Sri Lankan style than western

The owners were very welcoming and helpful (for example with helping renting a scooter). The room is really nice and clean and the breakfast was good with fresh, delicious fruit. Within a 5min walk you reach a nice beach.
