Residence Villa Greta

The pool was wonderful. I liked the private beach. Very close to Arona. Hospitable staff. Wonderful balcony over the lake, very spacious room.

It was very hot but there was no air condition. There were 2 small mobile air conditions but they were half broken, very week and with no exit to the warm air they produced. There was almost no wifi and no way to connect to the tv. At the beach - very few chairs. Last - it would have been a big help if there were basic ingredients in the kitchen like salt and oil.

Excellent location, we loved sitting on the balcony, watching the lake and birds( inc kingfisher and egrets). Early morning sunrise. The pool is lovely although we went swimming in the warm lake more ( take swimming shoes as lots of shells and stones). Also loved sitting on the sunbeds, looking out over the lake with the mountains in the background. The apartment is fine, we were 3 people and it was good size for us. Plenty of plates, cups etc. Easy to cook, good size fridge/ freezer Clean when we arrived, lots of towels. Pick keys up at the hotel nearby and lovely receptionist told us good tips for the local area.

The apartment does need some maintenance. It's a shame as it would otherwise be 5 stars! Mainly switches looking quite dodgy, light not working. The beach could do with a tidy now and then. I reported it when we left. Also beware that its €2 tourist tax, per person per night paid in cash at the hotel when you pick up keys.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser, der eigene Pool und der sichere Parkplatz

Die Wohnung ist dringend renovierungsbefürftig. Die Möbel sind sehr alt, es ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Schimmel an der Decke, Duschstange aus der Wand gerissen. In den Küchenschränken hat es sehr muffig gerochen.

Er stond dat er airco was. Er was 1 mobiele airco die de kamer 2 graden kouder maakte. Bedbank was van slechte kwaliteit, daar kan een volwassene niet op slapen. Alles in het appartement was zeer gedateerd!
