We stayed at LisbonSweethome S1 for 5 nights. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay, but there are a few things future guests should know.
Finding the key when we first arrived was a little challenging — almost like a small quest! But once you understand the instructions and know where to look, it’s fine.
We stayed on the first floor, and the stairs are quite steep. If you have large or heavy luggage, it can be difficult carrying everything upstairs, especially for older guests or anyone with limited strength or mobility.
One of our main issues was the location of the air conditioner. The AC is in the living room near the TV, while the bed is farther away beside the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom area wasn't getting as cool as we wanted, so we actually removed the mattress from the bed frame and moved it into the living room in front of the AC. It worked much better for us that way.
The bathroom was clean and okay, but the shower is very narrow. For a bigger person, it could be quite uncomfortable and difficult to move around inside.
The kitchen was useful and everything we needed was working, including the refrigerator and microwave. We were also able to do our laundry, which was very convenient during a longer stay.
The location is good, with plenty of restaurants and places nearby. You can hear some noise from downstairs, but if you close the windows and doors properly, it wasn't a major problem for us and we were still able to sleep comfortably.
Overall, 7.5/10. It's a decent apartment in a convenient Lisbon location. With a few improvements — especially the AC placement, shower space, and easier access with luggage — it could be even better.

Beautiful cozy apartment in the very center.
Wonderful communication with the host, nice and supportive gentleman.
Location is great with multiple options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Supermarket just downstairs. And even tailor 10 metres up the street.
The apartment had everything I needed, including iron with ironing board, scissors, washing powder.
Love beautiful details of the interior.
Apartment was clean and neat.
Truly enjoyed my stay there.
Everything was fine. I would love to stay there my next time on Lisboa.
