Cleaning not the great and no checking instructions a day before, I called on the day I arrived

Difficult to find the property even with the map provided. Front door of property did not lock. Place was clean but not some bedsheets were inside out making the place look unkept. Bathroom had no shower curtain so flooded the shower room
