The location was perfect as the accommodation was easily accessible by taxi but only across the street from entrance into the old town. The building's elevator (small but effective) saved us from lugging our luggages up and down the stairs. Next to beach and swimming options. Plenty of food options nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities, allowing us to cook as well as catch up on laundry. The air conditioning was perfect and well appreciated during our hot summer visit. The hosts permitted us to drop off our luggages and check in early, which we truly appreciated.
We lost WiFi connection for 1 day, the host communicated promptly but eventually had to come by the apartment to troubleshoot.
It took a bit of effort to find the building entrance as there was no signage. Perhaps including a picture of the door or entrance in the listing or check-in message prior to arrival will help.
Honestly, this was our favourite accommodation for our family trip and we stayed at over 12 apartments!

The apartment is located in the building of the former Hotel Zagreb, still proudly overlooking the Riva – and the location alone makes this place truly special.
The studio itself is rather small, but the space has been used incredibly cleverly. The design is modern and well thought out, everything was very clean, and all appliances were in perfect condition. One small detail that makes a surprising difference: there are plenty of power outlets everywhere. 😊
The bed deserves a special mention: extremely comfortable, with an excellent mattress and great pillows. I slept wonderfully and felt safe and almost at home from the moment I arrived.
The bathroom is surprisingly spacious and offers plenty of counter and storage space – something we women definitely appreciate. 😀 The shower is large and excellent, and there is even a heated towel rail.
Check-in was also very well organised and completely hassle-free.
And then, of course, there is the view: simply priceless. Sitting by the open window in the morning with a cup of coffee, looking out over the Riva and the sea, and slowly starting the day – pure lifestyle.
A modern and cleverly designed studio in a fantastic location that I would happily book again anytime.
