The location is amazing! The host was super friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, 2 with their own a/c and one that uses the one from the kitchen. Well equipped with everything you need! Shop, bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.
It needed a deep clean, the fridge and drawers were dirty. It didn’t bother us as the rest of the apartment was great!

Location was very good, Zadar old town is 5 min walking distance. Even if it’s midnight you can walk back to accommodation within 5 minutes.
Plenty of coffee place and bakery.
Entrance to accommodation is full of files and not kept well, smells of smoking place.
Car park is first come first serve basis, very hard to find car park space, pay and park is always full, so free car parking is not correct.

La proximité par rapport à la vieille ville, des commerces et commodites.
Appartement spacieux et équipé
L’immeuble vétuste et sale voire délabré ,
Appartenant pas très bien entretenu, ménage superficiel
Robinetterie de la salle de douche défaillante et température de l’eau impossible à régler
Certaines prises de courant pas bien fixées
Place de parking non privée et non attribuée
