Really supportive and nice staff, helped us a lot with program, order the dinner in restaurant and advises and map what to see and to do. I really appreciate their help. This was the best part. Very beautiful view.
-1 point Breakfast was bad, very few options to eat comparing to all hotels we had in China.
-1 point The facilities looks not really very renovated.
-1 point Huge cockroach we met in the room.
No shops around and only one restaurant is available (of course prices are higher therefore). Also please be cautious that Google Maps are not showing this hotel correctly, please kindly ask hotel to share the correct location, not too far away but anyways to avoid any misunderstanding with driver.

The property is exceptional! This was the best hotel I have ever seen and staff is so friendly especially Tiffany helped us a lot. She booked the national forest park tickets, explained whole park to us and gave us a map with right direction and they took us to mountain and picked us back to hotel. The hotel is located near to zhangjiajie national park so the location is so convenient. Also they offered us late check out because our flight was late at night. Everything was super good, I will definitely visit again! ❤️

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful with planning out our trips to the Zhangjiajie national park.
Most of the hotel rooms (ex. double with pond view) have a bathtub and shower that is lined by doors that have big gaps in them. This means that many bugs and even frogs can enter your shower space.
