We had very spacious room. Location is great, and the staff is always ready to help you. I think by the standards of Kazachstan this hotel is quiet good
It was very hot inside the room, we have tried to reduce heating, but it didn't work.

Location
There was no fancy breakfast like in the photos. The restaurant was closed, the lady cook made us fried eggs with a few slices of tomato and cucumber and gave the same cake every day. Only instant coffee and tea in teabags. Your breakfast expectations should be low. Other than that it was good, clean rooms, great location.

Very well located, just along the main sites. From my room I could see the mausolee. We just needed a bus to go to the bus station, close to the bazar.
The hotel is nice, may be a little old fashion but everything is fine. Employees are very caring. The room is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. A nice place to stay!

The location is very convenient, and many attractions, restaurants, and other places are within walking distance.
The room did not seem very clean upon arrival. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and some of the food was a bit oily.
