Brand new property, close to Karavan Saray complex. Bathroom was very complete. Impeccable cleanliness. Good breakfast quality (caviar included).
The absence of a lift could be a problem for some guests. Bed side lights are not dimmerable.

Simple and modern room design, outstanding and various porridge of 3-star hotel decent breakfast; iron desks on each floor; location is in residential block but close to two major attractions - Mausoleum and Keruen Sarai; some amenities of 4-star hotel like robes, slippers, toothbrushes; good value.
Very small room (like of 2-3-star hotel); hard bed and double bed is actually an uncomfortable combination of two twin beds (this is of 1-2-star hotel); breakfast-lack of knives, and all food is uncomfortably packed and has no serving spoons, no proper coffee, only instant; door card suddenly stops working every day.
