Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, peccato poco sfruttata. Colazione varia, un po' di tutto, ottimi salumi e piccola scelta anche di alimenti senza glutine, consiglio di andare sul presto poiché non è abbondante. Le camere spaziose e attrezzate con il necessario. La piscina con il bar è ottima per passare qualche ora nel silenzio delle viti. Il panorama intorno è meraviglioso e rilassante.
Sicuramente il wifi, non prende per nulla bene soprattutto se si soggiorna al borghetto. La distanza che si deve affrontare per fare colazione potrebbe non piacere e soprattutto la mancanza di un ascensore per arrivare alle camere potrebbe essere un difetto per qualcuno. Spa chiusa nonostante sul
depliant che lasciano in camera, ci siano foto e sembri già attiva. Il personale alla reception poco disponibile nel spiegare la struttura,i loro servizi e il loro territorio. Peccato perché la struttura è meravigliosa e potrebbero sfruttarla molto di più per i loro clienti.

Gorgeous property and stunning grounds. Views are incredible. Gorgeous pool and very peaceful. Food was lovely.
The air conditioning is on a centralised system. There’s nothing that can be done about that now but it was warm in the bedrooms - a lower base temperature in the summer needs to be set. Italians hate air con but visitors from Europe and America need a colder room when it’s 35 degrees outside.

Wegens een overboeking elders kwamen we ongepland terecht bij Officina del Sole, we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen zelfs een updrade om ons in 4 kamers bij elkaar te kunnen plaatsen. Personeel doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. De kamers waren groot en comfortabel, het restaurant is uitstekend en betaalbaar. Zwembad ook heerlijk met bediening aan je bedje. En de locatie is geweldig, vanaf het uitzichtpunt kijk 360 rond over het prachtige landschap.
Het was wat onduidelijk dat niet het gehele resort in gebruik is. Het grotere, lager gelegen zwembad met spa was niet in gebruik. Als wij de locatie nog 1 tip mogen geven, doe wat aan de playlist met pianomuziek die op repeat staat en elke ochtend afgespeeld wordt tijdens het verblijf. Wij werden er helemaal gek van (en we waren niet de enige ;-))

Location e struttura incantevoli, con silenzio e relax assicurati. Buona colazione e ottima posizione per visitare borghi medievali dell'entroterra marchigiano o per andare al mare in giornata
Lo staff appare impotente e quasi rassegnato di fronte alle segnalazioni di piccoli ma numerosi disservizi (mancanza della carta igienica in bagno appena effettuato il check-in, porta della camera che si apre solo con la pressione di una spallata, zanzariere usurate alle finestre che non assolvono alla loro funzione, connessione wifi con segnale cosi debole da non essere utilizzabile ecc)
