It was clean and cosy. It had enough room for 3 families. We were able to party modestly (drink some and talk). There was enough room for parking, even for a minibus. Communication was responsive.

Siamo molto felici di aver soggiornato presso questa struttura, ci siamo trovati come a casa. La proprietaria é stata molto cortese e disponibile. L'appartamento era ristrutturato di recente ed offriva ogni tipo di comfort desiderabile oltre all'ottimo isolamento acustico. La pulizia dell'appartamento era impeccabile. La cucina aveva stoviglie e padelle di tutti i tipi ed anche il necessario per pulire. Ci sono stati forniti anche lenzuola, asciugamani e salviettoni. A completare il parcheggio privato davanti all'appartamento molto comodo. In 15 minuti o poco più si raggiunge la spiaggia di Civitanova ed a pochi minuti in più il centro storico di Morrovalle e poco più in là la città di Macerata. Super consigliato!
Era tutto perfetto, se proprio per gusto personale il materasso un po' morbido ma assolutamente godibile.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Grandissimo. Acqua, cialde e biscotti a disposizione all'arrivo.
Aggiungerei un mensola nel bagno per poter appoggiare beauty e prodotti bagno.
Unica nota negativa, che per qualcuno può essere un problema, è che purtroppo l'appartamento si affaccia su una strada principale ed il rumore delle macchine si sente tutta la notte.
