I'm really unsure how to rate this property. Honestly, I had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, there were extra showers in the hallway and a kitchen and seating area which I really appreciated. I checked in after 2 pm, so there was a receptionist there to help me. I saw a few people checking in with the machine as well and they didn't seem to experience any problems. I would also highlight that the staff truly responds 24/7, at least by Whatsapp so that was amazing. Also really appreciate the air condition in the room!
Somebody stole my food. I go to the kitchen and I see a man on the floor, my glass food box and all the food that was inside broken and spilled on the floor. That made me feel unsafe. I informed the staff immediately and they promised to take action but I don't think they did anything really cause I saw the same guy there the next day. Just a pro tip: don't leave your food in the fridge unattended.

Good location, staff came each morning to change towels
Air conditioning didn’t go below 23°c so room was quite warm especially at night, no lift and we were situated on 4th floor

Great location with a small balcony overlooking the square. The room is tiny, the bathroom even smaller, but you only need it to sleep in 😁 The cleaners cleaned well each day, which is lucky because with the stupidly small shower, the floors get very wet.
There is no elevator, but overall a good place to stay
The room is very small, but this isn't a problem as there is enough room around the bed and space to put clothes, but the bathroom is a problem the shower is too small to use properly, so water floods the room, and the toilet has one side touching the wall, which makes things interesting. If you are not fit the stairs will kill you as they are VERY STEEP and there is no elevator. If you get a room overlooking the forum it can get very loud from the restaurants below, so bring earplugs.
