Beautiful room! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and had a handy kitchenette. The area was beautiful and the ruins were a short walk away. Great restaurants nearby.

A very cozy place in a very quaint part of town…a historic castle next door a great dinner a few steps away it was the perfect and very relaxing stay after a 3 week sojourn in Italy !
We chose this place because we wanted to be closer to airport after traveling all over!
Can’t say I found anything distressing.

Had a great location, very nice accommodation with everything you need for a short stay, convenient inside castle wall to restaurants, food and wine store in just a few minutes walk, Osti Antica archeological park was only 5 min walk to park entrance, Castel del Gaillo fun experience to visit just outside your door
Can’t think I’d change anything, the host Luca was very accommodating and a pleasure to meet when we arrived (late)

I stayed at this property because I wanted to visit the archeological park at Ostia Antica and have a night near Rome Fiumicino airport without dealing with the hustle and bustle of the city before leaving what had been a tranquil stay in Abruzzo. This property answered all my needs, the first being the ability to check in and store my luggage early so I could visit the ruins. The second was a powerful air conditioning unit. The rest was icing on the cake: the communicative and helpful host who lent me an umbrella and gave me recommendations on dinner, the accessibility of the property on foot from the train, and more. It had all the little touches that anticipated a traveler's needs - large towels, extra breakfast snacks, a variety of teas, even a sandwich grill/press along with the coffee machine and other niceties in the teeny but well-provisioned kitchen. Above all, the apartment style is accomodating and incredibly well designed - either a set designer or professional interior designer must have had a hand in this. It's quiet comfortable but also has a wow factor as a result of the interior design. Not only that, but the apartment is built into a castle wall in an old neighborhood within a neighborhood. So pleasant to be able to make historical visits and nap in between! It's a five-seven minute walk from the train, there is a supermarket across the street, a pharmacy, gelateria, and a great bar right up the way.
Nothing! I'd only comment that the dinner options are fairly expensive and the one I landed on was not that great. That's not the fault of the property, however. The local bar had great sandwiches and fresh, wonderful breakfast cornetti.
