Krásně zrekonstruované prostory, milý personál, vyžití (tenis, stolní tenis, basketbal, sauna, bazén), nádherná a udržovaná zahrada. Bio bazén je překrásný, jen pro otužilejší jedince. Ráda se někdy vrátím.

The location is amazing, the park is great, and the restaurant is very cozy with the sittings outside. The rooms are well equipped. The staff at the restaurant and bar is very polite and helpful.
The breakfasts weren’t very good, with a limited selection and long coffee lines. The reception staff also struggled with a booking issue and seemed unfamiliar with how payments through Booking.com should be handled. There was also some confusion regarding our reservation for 3 guests, which was eventually resolved. Overall, I think this was mainly due to a lack of information and communication on the staff’s side.

Bohužel jsme z pobytu byli zklamaní. Po příchodu na pokoj jsme zjistili, že postel nebyla vůbec připravená. Přestože jsem už při rezervaci výslovně prosil o větší pokoj, dostali jsme pravděpodobně ten nejmenší, navíc hned vedle recepce. Celou dobu byl z recepce slyšet hluk, což výrazně narušilo náš spánek i celkový komfort pobytu.
Mrzí mě, že naše požadavky nebyly zohledněny a že kvalita služeb neodpovídala očekávání, které jsme od hotelu měli.
