Very cozy hotel. Breakfast was convenient and property was very beautiful

The property is large, beautiful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious with good quality furniture. The staff were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant, and the massage, which was very relaxing.
There is no proper heating in winter and only portable heaters are used. One heater stopped working and the replacement was very noisy. Another one stopped during the night and the room temperature dropped to around 16 degrees. For a price over 200 euros per night this was disappointing. Also, a large part of the complex was closed during winter.

Everything was perfect! The room, the bed, the bathroom, the beautiful garden, the pool!
The restaurant menu had 0 vegetarian options, but they were more then happy to create vegetarián alternatives.

The location nice, surrounded by nature. The swimming pool area is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is overall good.
The staff was overall friendly.
The rooms are very old and not well maintained. Not recommended for families with young kids - no elevator available.
