The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The location was excellent --- close to many sights and attractions. The room was quiet, spacious and clean when we checked in. The air conditioner worked well. There was plenty of hot water for sink and shower use. The soap in the shower is cheap and did not measure up to shower products we have used at other hotels.
The shower was very small. A larger shower could / should have been installed in the bathroom. There was no bathmat for the shower. There was only one trash can in the room, and it was never emptied during our four-day stay. The towels were not replaced during our four-day stay. The laundry facilities (washer and dryer) require coins only (this is very antiquated), and the front desk had no coins available for guests. Either update the washer and dryer to take credit cards or ensure that the front desk has coins available for guest. Neither applied. This was very disappointing.

Perfect location, few steps away from the old town.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are good.
The only thing that might be a bit uncomfortable is that there is no air conditioning in the dorms, which might be an issue during the summer.
