Location, quiet by the beach even though the beach was under construction.
The room temperature couldn’t go cooler. It was slightly warm and king bed very hard

Beds were ok
Easy to walk to shops and good restaurants.
Plenty around area to see.
Some staff really didnt take interest in guest and needs, had to ask for towels for pool, after eating went for a walk came back to pool , found food and drinks still left on table that we had had about 40 minutes earlier.
Room staff didnt clean rooms, had to notified, also while people were sleeping just walked in and started cleaning other times.
