The staff here were absolutely outstanding, we especially liked that you could message them on WhatsApp about anything and everything. The whole place was so accommodating and the pool/bar area was very nice and comfortable too. Location is great if you want An Bang beach and Hà Nội old town. They had free shuttles to old town and free bikes to make your way to An Bang beach! We got the breakfast buffet every morning which was delicious food and their food and cocktail menu was great for nights in. Our room had a really comfy bed and everything was super clean just loved this hotel especially the people there everyday.

Spacious room with good view, nice service and assistance, and nice pool!
The room wall needs a little bit of touching up

This hotel was by far the best we had during our holiday in Vietnam. The service was excilent, the breakfast was great, and the room was just perfect for our family of 4.
Absolutely nothing to complain in this hotel.

The quietness, the free transport to the Old Town, the lovely firm bed, the staff, the genuinely of wanting to help, the balcony, generous size room and the day trips.
