The location is great for us not in heart of Hoi An so less busy loads of restaurants around

Awesome location right on the beach. Friendly staff, comfortable room though not as big as anticipated. Very quiet location, nice pool and garden. The only western food I had throughout my travels was a pizza here and it was remarkably good! Would both recommend and stay again.
The breakfast options were limited - an order the night before affair. The 'bread' with the eggs was too sweet and dry.

Great location next to the beach

Having to pay to use the hotel's loungers on the beach when restaurants nearby offer them free if you buy a drink or lunch
Poor quality rooms, concrete panel ceiling
Toilet wasn’t cleaned at all during my 10 night stay – a big yellow ring in the pan!
If you want to style your hair in front of a mirror – absolutely impossible. The closest power point to a mirror is about 3 metres.
Awful breakfast, my choices of omelette or pancakes were often undercooked. Smoothies contain next to no fruit – all taste the same.
