Just 4 minutes to one of many beaches in the area; 10 minutes from downtown Falmouth where shopping and restaurants abound. The home provided plenty of room for the family and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessities. Overall our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and had a peaceful Holiday together.
I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO’s and this is the first time that I was contacted by the Property Manager and advised two days early from our scheduled stay that the house was empty/cleaned for early check in if we wished. Unfortunately we were traveling with family so we were unable to take advantage of the offer, but the kind thoughtful offer was very much appreciated. This show of kindness definitely puts this property on our to do again list!

Cape Escape was the perfect little landing spot for our annual Cape vacation. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very close to town for restaurants and shopping as well as many beaches. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a very nice stay. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Our host was very responsive. The house suited our needs for three people.

We had a great time on our first trip to the Cape. The house was exactly as described in the listing and Carolyn was very responsive. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal at home (away from home) if we wanted. The house was close to downtown with many shops and restaurants. We will be back!!!!

The owner was very quick to reply and flexible. The house offered space for 3 adults and 2 teenagers and was perfectly adequate. The basement unit, is a basement and we had to keep windows open at all times with a fan and still could smell the dampness. I would suggest a humidifier. The house is next to a busy street and we could hear traffic at all times and we tend to prefer a quieter outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s in a great location and seem to be in the middle of everything that we wanted to do! We were able to visit Plymouth, and visited the cute town of Chatham and the central location made all of that possible! We would happily stay here again!

The house had plenty of room for everyone. Lacking a usable yard, but didn’t affect us too much as we were able to use the back deck space.

Overall, the property was excellent for our stay. I would only suggest that someone inspect the property to remove spider webs and to ensure all bathroom sinks are draining at a normal pace prior to the arrival of guests.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location was perfect to town, gym and brewery which we visited all often.
The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only suggestions, there should be more tvs, in the bedrooms, and a dresser in the downstairs bedroom for clothes. Otherwise, overall very happy with our stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location was perfect to town, gym and brewery which we visited all often.

Close to great restaurants, Cape Cod winery, dine-in movie theater, and yes, even Boston is just a short drive away. Visited the Heritage Museum and watched seals at the National Seashore during a relaxing beach walk. Well-stocked kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Hope to be back again! Thank you Carolyn!!

This was a truly amazing rental, that was close to everything. 5-8 minutes to multiple beaches. Close to golf course. Beautiful interior and newly updated over3 levels. Very comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!

The home was cozy, clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Our host, Carolyn, was communicative and helpful. One surprise we didn't expect was the sleeping area downstairs was in addition to the three bedrooms upstairs! We were a party of 5 and everyone had their own space. Would definitely recommend and plan to visit next year! Thank you Carolyn and the welcome candy was a special treat--my husband ate all of them!!!

We loved the house. It was very close(within 10 minute drive) to beaches, parks, restaurants, ferry. Pretty much anything you want to do. The house was neat and clean. Carolyn was extremely helpful and responsive.
