Apartment was as in photos.
Allowed to stay untill 11am on departure.
Ready for occupation at 2pm.
Well located forr the beach and adventure parks etc.
Found some very good spanish resturants close by.
The apartment building is old, and underwhelming, the apartment balcony is overlooked by many balconies and windows. I counted 27. As well as the apartment itself, the pool area looks good. However if you were in holiday mood and looking to relax beside the pool, sunloungers are NOT permitted. Remember this is a residents area.
You will feel safe here, as there is a large police presence to protect you. You may also notice a large number of migrants hanging about the street corners, especially at night. My son experienced being followed home. But in fairness that was at 1am. And the online advise is not to be on your own, after that time. I also experienced a local spanish woman having her handbag taken in broad daylight. Obviously this is only 'petty crime' and happens in many places on the spanish coast, according to trip advisor.
Apart from this , everything was perfect .

Conforme aux photos. Piscine agréable et l’emplacement est génial. Tout se fait à pied la plage les restos la corniche ! Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de bouger la voiture de la semaine
Pas de parking privé. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement aux alentour. Pas évident mais on fini toujours par trouver
