All activities in Plitvice are within maximum 15 minutes drive. Location is ideal.
Soap and shampoo should be replaced with a dispenser and not sample size

Nice room, big, cosy, the bed-very comfortble. There is a small market nearby. Close to Plitvice park.
A little bit noisy, because of the proximity of the road. Some bugs were entering the room from the balcony :) but it was ok

Excellent location close to plitvice. I would give the staff 11/10 if I could. Very friendly couple,. perfect English speaking. Clean small bathroom. Airconditioned. Plenty of parking right next to the room. Breakfast is bread, toppings like marmalade, cheese, chocolate. Eggs, yoghurt and coffee
Breakfast is in a restaurant 300 meters further. This is mentioned on booking.com though
