I highly recommend the place for families with kids.
We enjoyed the pool, the spa facilities, the kugelbahn, the outside chess, the climbing wall...
The flats are very well equipped (dishwasher, coffee machines,...) with small terrace, comfy beddings, possibility to order bread for breakfast.. Our flat was on ground floor so a bit dark but still very nice.
The fact that you have to pay extra for the car. It should be included in the rate of the room.

Location was ideal! It was great to have our own kitchen and access to laundry. It’s right in the heart of Flims with easy access to everything.
I would have lived a hot tub but the spa was an ok alternative.

Amazing place! Super cool traditional apartments next to the ski lifts! Great atmosphere and they also have a ski room with heat to dry all your stuff!
