Very centrally located. Great for travellers who drive because there are free parking around the neighbouring blocks. Good breakfast spots and a good pharmacy across the road. It is walking distance, 3-5mins walk to the old city.
If you have trouble climbing stairs with your luggage, it will be challenging. The host will help you. She is a very good host. Anyway most of the accommodations have no lifts since the buildings are preserved buildings.

Highly recommended. We liked the apartments a lot. Giulia was very kind to let us in earlier and even provided better room. She was very helpfull with recommendation about Lecce and surounding. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Very quite. It is quite easy to find a parking space near by or next street and it does not cost a lot. Location was great - just 10-15 min by foot to Lecce old town. In the morning we got great beakfast in the cafe newart by - tasty local pasticcerie!

perfect location, easy to park the car although in the city centre, Giulia welcomed us very nicely and explained everything (perfect service), appartment was very cosy with large bathroom, we had everything we needed

The location was excellent and Julia at the reception was most helpful with check in and information. The rooms were clean, stylish and minimal in design.
The double room where we were staying at was really small with no ventilation and was uncomfortable to be in when it was raining all day in Lecce. The bed was a queen size bed and not a double bed for two people which was most inconvenient and uncomfortable. The pillows were also too high and hard. The breakfast was very average. You could get a coffee and one of the bakery items at the nearby coffee shop. The croissant that I got was cold and not fresh.
But probably I was most disappointed that we had to use paper glasses even to drink water. Having proper glasses and cups to drink water, wine or even tea would have been so much better.
