The location of this place is good, close to the train station and close to the city center. The bathroom was very spacious which we liked a lot.
Idk why but we had higher expectations of the rooms and somehow didn’t enjoy it. On the pictures it looks better and cozier than in real life. We also didn't like that there were very few hangers, and that you had to insert the key to turn on the air conditioning

Most comfortable bed , I’ve slept in . Nice and spacious . Welcoming host allowed me to drop off luggage early . Great location near historic city porta . Lovely to have balcony and roof top garden . Lovely shower .

It was quiet and not too far from old town Lecce staff communicated well
Rustic no warmth in the decor
Terraces run down and plants all dead it was very shabby and not clean .
The provisions tea sugar coffee were all left overs. No explanation of where the facilities were located in the hallway
Steam iron did not work and no ironing board
Stairs also a nuisance if you have luggage and a solo traveller
