Hotel is located right in the centre, staff is quite helpful, spacious room.
I understand that it is historical building, there is no elevator. But the guy at the reception helped with suitcases. Cleaner ladies helped to lift the bags down with special elevator)

I liked the roof terrace views and didn’t expect to have a small private area to myself with a hammock so that was a bonus! The room was very comfortable and peaceful which is just what I needed on this trip . AC was great too.
The stairs with heavy suitcase on arrival! To be fair the property manager offered to take it up for me but I managed myself - you pack it you carry it - so only myself to blame !

The host was very friendly and clear on how to check in. Great communication and help on what to do and where to eat.
The room had a vaulted ceiling, comfy bed and a small but efficient bathroom.
The rooftop was a sun trap and a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down.
The room was next to the cleaner's cupboard and just off the main reception room so it was quite noisy. The fridge in the room made odd noises too so I didn't sleep particularly well.

We loved how big the property was, the terrace was so nice to chill on and how lovely Sofia was when we arrived. She was so helpful with everything, gave us recommendations of the city, where to go, she was amazing!
