Stunning view from the balcony and a traditional feel to the room. It was very clean. The staff are so friendly, Moreno in particular, he helped carry our cases up the stairs and he gave us a really excellent list of his favourite restaurants/bars/gelaterias.

We loved the elegance of the space. It had spectacular high ceilings, lovely draperies and kept all of the charm of the original space. And the view of the Basilica of Santa Croce was magnificent. It was lovely to stand on the balcony in front of the gorgeous rose window, and to.look down at the busy but pleasant crowds that would pass through the square. Se also.witnessed several weddings! The space was really in the heart of the old city. Everything was easily accessible. The staff were extremely responsive and kind, and each day they offered to.provide cleaning services if we needed them. Thanks to Gioia and Vincenzo! We would not hesitate to stay here again!
