Walking distance to fruit and vegetable market,bakery,supermarket,promenade,fortress and Roman Mosaics.Lucice and Perazica Do nice beaches.Apartment exceptionally clean and Aida the housekeeper was professional,supportive and caring.She left me some chocolates and a beer with a note “sorry for the wait”.Marko gave me a Fanta and fruit and was welcoming.He also organised a taxi transfer for 35 euros to Star Bar Old Town and when the taxi driver wanted to charge me 40 euros I contacted Marko and he resolved the problem immediately.
Small bedroom,not much room for my suitcase even though I paid for a Deluxe King Studio and no microwave provided as per booking.com description

Ładny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem i ładnym widokiem na morze z obszernego tarasu. Blisko sklepów, targu, plaży i przystanku autobusowego (choć my mieliśmy auto). Co 3 dni wymiana ręczników, co 5 sprzątanie. Super kontakt z miłym zarządca budynku, ktory zawsze był gotów pomoc w znalezieniu miejsca parkingowego i ktory dba o dobro gości. Bardzo przyjemnie spędziliśmy tam czas.
Dobrze by było wyposażyć kuchnie w ostre noze do krojenia , duża deskę do krojenia oraz łyżkę drewniana czy sylikonowa do patelni.

La ragazza è stata super gentile, nonostante non parlasse inglese! All’accoglienza ci ha anche offerto due birre! Sulle scale ci aspettavamo sempre molti gattini🫶🏼
La posizione è molto comoda, delle volte abbiamo faticato a trovare parcheggio ma siamo sempre riusciti senza problemi! Inoltre sulla stessa via c’è un forno che fa prodotti buonissimi, super consigliato!
Purtroppo una notte non abbiamo dormito perché le persone sopra di noi hanno sbattuto porte e fatto botti tutta la notte. Il proprietario però è stato subito disposto ad intervenire.

Vicino al mare,aria condizionata,acqua cera sempre.
Parcheggio,non era a norma oppure dovevi spostare la macchina,ogni volta quando andavo con la macchina in un’altro posto al ritorno posteggi erano tutti occupati,dovevo chiamare proprietario,appartamento troppo stretto e quadratura non corrisponde a quella scritta su Booking,bagno troppo piccolo,camera piccola,scale interne troppo piccole ma alte,scale esterne troppo alte.
