Mahakala Center is a place you don’t want to miss when visiting Montenegro. The retreat atmosphere is peaceful and inspiring, with beautiful sea views and a wonderful spa featuring a sauna and jacuzzi, especially magical at sunset. The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, the yoga classes were excellent, and every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s also easy to reach by bus from Budva, and the beach is just a short walk away.

The stunning sea and mountain views, especially at sunset, were absolutely breathtaking. We also loved the common areas, the beautiful decor, and the cozy coffee shop on the property. As a lovely surprise, we were even treated to a complimentary breakfast one morning.
The room was far too small, and the bathroom was even smaller. It felt very cramped and uncomfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable.
