Great location and nice staff

For starters, the staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I had communicated beforehand about arriving early and where to store our luggage, and they got back to me promptly. When we arrived a few hours early, our room was already ready. The accommodation was really central and within walking distance of everything, so the location was perfect.
Every morning, a Turkish breakfast was served around the pool, which was lovely. As vegetarians, we really enjoyed it so much that we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. It was very traditional, with cheese, fried eggs, olives, jams/honey, cucumber, tomato, various breads including simit bagels, cheese toast, chips, and biscuits. We really enjoyed it, especially as it felt like an authentic Turkish breakfast.
The pool was also great. We were fortunate to be the only ones using it, so it felt like a private pool, and it was lovely and warm.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast was great. The location was central and easy to walk around to everything. If we go back to Gocek we will definitely stay there again. It was a good place and a great value

Friendliness of stuff, how clean the room were, how flexible stuff was arranging prolonged stay
I've chosen this hotel because in the description it said that it is soundproofing. It was important for me because I had jet lag, I even paid for a longer stay in order to have enough sleep.
Unfortunately, it was not the case, at 9.30 I woke up because of the vibrating conditioner, which, as it appeared later was located at a neighbour's property. This means that the room was not soundproofed.
The staff was kind and offered me another room, which seemed to have the same problem.
Eventually, they arranged it with a neighbour that the neighbour would turn the conditioner off, they turn it on again in two hours. I am grateful for this very much, and I am grateful for the fact that they arranged catering in the evening.
As I was grateful, I didn't want to write a negative review, but the host insisted and I prefer to avoid even white lies.
