1. The hotel is close to the metro station, but the outside of the hotel environment is a little dangerous!
2. There are lifts in the hotel, it's convenient!

The staff were brilliant. Totally friendly & helpful. Patricia is awesome.
I took a taxi to Orpheus hotel but then I was stranded since the guy at the front told me I was staying at Lido. Not fair, caused excessive trouble and had to get another taxi. At Lido the toilet seat was loose and if you sat in it, it would come off. The guy never showed up to repair it. Kinda ghetto
