Location is stellar and right in the heart of the city. It is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The neighborhood does get a bit iffy at night but everyone basically stays to themselves
Rooms were a bit dated and there was only one outlet to plug things in.

Location and value for money. I have stayed several times and I choose it because of its location and cleanliness

The location of the building was convenient, but the street itself felt a bit sketchy and there was some noise during the night. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with in English. The room was a good size, with a large wardrobe and a nice bathroom.
During our stay, there was no warm water, which was disappointing. It was also a bit unusual that we had to leave the room key at reception when going out to visit the city.
