Der Schlüssel liegt in einem Schließfach bereit, der Code hierfür wird vor der Check-In-Zeit mitgeteilt. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig, wohnlich eingerichtet und wurde sauber übergeben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Pfannen und Töpfe sind hochwertig. Die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage arbeitet einwandfrei. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist spitze. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Nachts ist es recht ruhig. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Leider war der Check-in erst ab 17:00 Uhr möglich, das wurde aber schon bei der Buchung kommuniziert. Das direkte Umfeld ist jetzt nicht superschön (Wohnblocks), in 09/2026 sind einige Großbaustellen in der Nähe.

Todo. Estaba súper limpio y muy bien equipado. Las sartenes de calidad, de esas que no se pega la comida. Había aceite, sal, café, algunas especias, etc. Lo básico para cocinar! También tenía unas vistas de Ponta Delgada muy bonitas, donde se puede ver la salida del sol. Había parking gratuito siempre debajo de casa.

La ubicación, las vistas y la tranquilidad del apto. Los colchones estaban bien y tenía almohadas de repuesto, asi como mantas. Armarios grandes y espaciosos. Cocina bien equipada. Contaba con ascensor.
Falta de papel higiénico, servilletas, bolsas de basura, pastillas de lavadora, lavavajillas y toallas de repuesto, teniendo en cuenta que han sido 9 días.
Echamos en falta productos para limpiar y desinfectar el baño. Aparte de todo esto el extractor del baño pequeño no funcionaba, con lo cual se empañaba el espejo y el baño. Tampoco disponía de enchufes. Pregunté y me dijeron, que, efectivamente, no tenía enchufes.
Solo un secador de pelo para los dos cuartos de baño.
