Very good - a surprising and delightful find. The first impression when driving to the hotel is just another dull hotel in a mid-sized town in Greece...until you step in, that is. Charming is an understatement, the decor is 100% Greek Giagia as is the care and attention to detail. The room was as if it Theia Anthi had grown up there and it was converted to a guest room. The noise from the street is well insulated, the aircon works, the decor is charming, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel is in a charming square next to a taverna which seems to be popular, and up the street from an equally popular taverna. I cannot attest to the breakfast which is apparently available but wasn't when we were there the first week of August 2026. The drive to the beach really is only 5-10 minutes and easy. So the answer is yes.
Two very small things. The first is to change the showerhead to one with bigger beads instead of the thin, prickly stream, but that's a minor issue and an easy fix. The second is not so much to have breakfast (was it in the hotel? or next door to the hotel? but next door to the hotel didn't have...) but the downstairs dining / living room is so reminiscent of my grandmother that I really wish they did offer at least coffee and biscuits, and a kiss on the forehead before heading out.

Tout ! Le calme, la vue, le confort et la propreté des chambres, la douche bien chaude, la décoration, l’emplacement proche de la mer et l’accueil de la propriétaire. Hôtel très proche d’Olympie. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant Mezedopenies un service parfait en cette fête de Pâques !
