I needed a budget priced room that was clean, safe and secure in Olympia for an overnight stay on my 13 year old daughters and my Peloponnese mini tour.
This place is perfect as its like converted rooms (e.g Blackpool) in the building above a taverna but the Father and Son team are amazing, it offers everything you need, 10 minute walk into the town and site, parking outside, petrol station and supermarket almost opposite.
We only needed somewhere to shower and sleep and we are so glad we stayed here. If we, or you for that matter are ever passing the area again I wouldn't think twice about booking.
Why spend £100 on a room per night when we didn't spend that for the room, evening meal, souvenirs and visiting the Olympia site.
Communication and checking in was simple, water in the room on arrival, clean and tidy, comfy beds, brilliant AC, and quick and easy booking and check in.
On leaving I went to find the son to shake his hand and say thank you and he rushed out with some water melon for my daughter that was bigger than my head,
Real Greek hospitality for less than £40 per night.
It just makes perfect sense.
It was everything that was needed and only regret not being able to stay longer but Greece has so much to offer.

What I liked the most was the host Vasilis. He was very fun and talked a lot with us. Every time we needed he helped us and offered support frequently. Very gentle, funny and efficient. The hotel has a kind family atmosphere.
The distance was challenging for us because we attended an event at the International Olympic Academy, and it turned out to be quite far from where we were staying.

This hotel has a good location for visiting the ancient ruins and museum of Olympia. It is run by a friendly owner and his sweet elderly father who prepared traditional Greek fried dough with honey for our breakfast. It was clear they enjoy interacting with their guests. We enjoyed talking with "Barba Fotis."
This hotel offers very basic accommodation. Our room was clean, but very spartan. It was fine for our one night stay, but did not offer any of the comforts we would want for an extended stay.
