Location was close to everything so excellent for seeing the Carnival and within walking distance. Parking overnight was just across the street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room good.

Very close to bus station (both local and national) and Patras center. Very good for sort term stay (1-2 days). For longer stay you can find something better as the facilities are somehow outdated.

The pictures that are shown in the main window when you book does not correspond with most of the rooms. Go down in the gallery to see photos of the rooms. They are not bad, but just older than what it seems in the first pictures. I understand for the price and location, but is better know it beforehand. The curtain of the shower is pretty anoying
