Beautiful suite with spectacular mountain and forest view from the big balcony. The hostess is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great. The village is sweet and fun.

The place is beautiful. The area is calm. The hotel is at the entrance to the village and far from the noise. There is parking.

We were very disappointed with the stay at the place. I chose the hotel based on photos, room description and facilities. I booked a room - Junior Suite with fireplace. According to the description and photos. The room was supposed to be spacious. Beautifully designed. It should have a balcony and most importantly the room should be accessible.
When we arrived, the hotel owner moved us to another room. Junior suite without fireplace. She thought we would prefer this room. The room we booked was occupied. She suggested we change the room the next morning. The room we were given was smaller according to the description. He was on the ground floor, which we really do not like. And the main problem that was at the entrance to the step room and also at the entrance to the toilet and the bathroom. This created great difficulty for my mother and us. She had to help us every time she went to the bathroom or when she went out or entered the room. We did not want to change the room the next day on the advice of the owner of the place. We did not want to waste time re-packing everything and moving things. And her advice not to scatter the objects was inappropriate at all. She claimed that the price of the rooms was the same. This is not true. The price of the room we received was 25 euros on average per night for the room low than we booked.
The room we got was noisy because of kids who were in the pool. There was no privacy. Sleep at night with the door open. This was very unpleasant. No separate air conditioning only central. In addition, there was a missing door in the shower. After you finish showering, you find that there is a small pool in the bath ... and you need to clean the water so as not to slip. And of course there is no suitable equipment.
Did not clean the room and at least did not collect garbage. Also, it is very difficult to open the sofa. Something there got stuck and a lot of force had to be applied.
