Very comfortable stay in beautiful Sheringham. Can highly recommend.

Holway House is in a great situation, just a short walk to the shopping area and sea front. The single room was very clean and had everything required for a stay, including toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of a cooked breakfast or alternatively cereals, yoghourt. toast, fresh fruit and home made marmalade and jams. Perfect start to the day.

Up there with the best

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. It's immaculate in every way. The room I stayed in was so clean, modern shower, no dodgy leaks and I even had a fan. You can tell the owners have put in a lot of effort. The dining room for breakfast was excellent too. Lucy the host was very welcoming and her personality seemed to relax everyone at breakfast and it was nice that everyone chatted to each Other. Found parking in the street nearby with no issues regardless when I returned. Five minute walk into Sheringham and Tesco just round the corner. Breakfast was very nice too. Can't honestly fault the place.

excellent well kept B and B lovely hosts and in easy walking distance to town centre and beach North Norflok Steam Railway just 5 minutes walk away parking was not a problem Lots to do in the Sheringham area with National trust Houses within 30 minutes drive away

Ideal location to walk into town. Friendly, efficient & knowledgeable hosts. High standards of cleanliness and comfort. Great breakfast options. Lovely decor throughout. Free parking. Good value for money.

Just a small point. As our bedrooms overlooked the main road and side street, privacy was a little tricky at times. The addition of shutter window blinds on lower half of the windows would help solve this, whilst still providing ventilation. Of course I realise that there is significant expense involved to do this. That said, the Roman blinds were beautiful.

The best b and b we have stayed at in the area and we have been coming for many years.

Great location ideal for local attractions and easy to access nearby places. The breakfast was exceptional and kept us going until our evening meal. Beautiful place with lovely hosts

Lovely, would stay again

Stayed in superior king room. Exceptionally clean room, comfortable firm beds, lovely hosts, excellent breakfast. Really good location, with parking. Steam train and main line station few minutes walk with high street shops and beach just a bit further down the road. Would highly recommend.

Excellent friendy B&B close to town centre

Made to feel very welcome by the friendly hosts. Great location close to the railway stations. Only a short walk to the town centre with pubs restaurants etc. Only 10 mins walk to the seafront. Free car parking. Good breakfast.

Nothing really! Car park a bit tight but can't do anything about that. Road at the front quite busy so you will need to close the windows at night.

Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed...extremely clean throughout. And close to the town centre. Easy parking. Easy to exit town too.

Easy to find. Managed to park on site but parking on the road would have been fine. Lucy and John were very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast.

Shower water pressure was a bit low but shower was still ok.

Fantastic guest house. Great hosts. Delicious breakfast good value

Great position on edge of town. Very well maintained and delightful bright furnishings. Off road parking. Lucy and John are great hosts and very helpful. Very comfortable bed Breakfast was delicious too.

We had a room at front of the house. As it was really warm weather we had to have the windows open at night and the road was noisy which meant we didn’t sleep as well as we normally do.

On a busy and noisy road . Shower room small. No slip mat for the shower unit .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Holway House and certainly recommend it.

It was spotlessly clean, our room was comfortable with lovely (large ) bathroom. We were made very welcome and we’re sorry to leave as John and Lucy were such brilliant hosts. It was convenient for town and beach.

Lovely stay with great hosts.

Breakfast was excellent and Lucy was a wonderful helpful & informative host. It was located close to the high street and sea and felt safe to walk alone.

The bathroom was small especially the sink, but doable.

Lovely welcome from John. Rooms were spotless. Well stocked hospitality tray. Breakfast delicious, good range of choices. Lucy very friendly and helpful. Approx 3 minutes walk from station or bus stop.

We will be going back.

Beautifully renovated. the rooms, facilities and fixings feel brand new and are so clean and tidy. The hosts are lovely people and really accommodating. My partner and I are vegan and John and Lucy put on a delicious vegan breakfast. They also made sure we had oat milk sachets and Soya milk was available on request. the house is a 5 minute walk through the town down to the beach and 3 minutes away from the North Norfolk Railway station. Also there is decent off street car park.
