location very poor faulty mains going off daily left in darkness had injury to foot tripped over due to been put into complete darkness whilst cooling in kitchen !!! I’m showers and electric went off leaning us with no supply to continue getting ready for night outs next to construction site overlooked daily by workers on site whilst sunbathing… unable to open curtains due to men outside peering in dirty sofas

Not a great deal

it had several cranes around it, workmen all day, the kitchen was scruffy, the place was tired. I had to call to get the pool cleaned it was rough, my daughter got an ear infection. The games room flooded as the drains were blocked, need I go on the list is endless. Shocking disregard for the people renting the property the noise was horrendous. totally mis sold will be making an official complaint.

The villa is really nice as it has several spacious rooms and the garden side is appropriate to make bbq and sun bathing. It is also a quiet area for those who wants to rest.

For the price paid, I was surprised that little equipement like toilet paper and dishwashing products were not available (or in an extremely low availability) ; it's in total contrast with the quality level of the villa. Depening on the people, they might find the area kind of isolated. It's definitly a beautiful and well kept residential area (Quinta do Lago), but maybe it lackes of services in the near surroudings - evreything needs to be done by car.
