Location excellent! Great for four of us - wouldn't like to stay there with more......
A number of things could have been better - the bolt lock on the bathroom door doesn't work. Only two of us using it so we got round that....but if more were staying......
No mirrors in bedrooms - it would be easy to have one on the wall, at least to see how you're brushing your hair! Putting on make up - only mirror of use is the one in the ground floor toilet
A bit more of a clean needed - initially - and overall - we felt it was clean.....but then we noticed sticky, dirty light switches; the chairs hadn't been wiped in a long time..
Dining table and chairs fine for four.....but more?
Coffee table very odd - basically a seat? so nowhere to put drinks.......we used plates as drinks mats
Nowhere to put clothes, so had to live out of open suitcases...not ideal.....

I loved how spacious the property was and The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and felt instantly comfortable. from the cosy furnishings to the thoughtful touches around the home. The location was perfect: peaceful, easy to get to, and close to everything I needed. The outdoor space was a real bonus too as it was easy to let the dog outdoors. Also very easy to check in

Great propert in super location close to town and the racecourse (which was our stay
Was a little close to the main road which meant a bit of traffic noise but wasn’t so bad

Beds very comfortable
Good facilities
The main room had a nasty smell as we entered
Opening back door didn’t help as the smell from the bins was worse
We did open the front door but it was very noisy due to traffic
