A very beautiful place to stay. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of space for five adults. We didn’t spend much time at the property, basically only coming back to sleep and relax, but everything was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it.
The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked spacious and comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

L’accoglienza del personale, zona tranquilla e non troppo lontano dal centro di Cavalese, punto strategico per raggiungere in poco tempo le migliori attrazioni. Piscina, idromassaggio e SPA super.
Appartamento piuttosto piccolo per 6 persone, più adatto a 4. Consiglio di cambiare il materasso del divano letto e di numerare i parcheggi adiacenti a ciascun alloggio in quanto spesso occupati e siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare più lontano.

We were a family of five and stayed in a large apartment with three bedrooms, which gave us plenty of space and worked very well for our family.
We felt the location was excellent. The nearby town is lovely, and the very short drive there was never an issue for us. There is also a nice restaurant at the residence itself, which is very convenient.
One of the main reasons we chose Residence Des Alpes was its very generous late-cancellation policy. Coming from Israel, with the ongoing risk of flight cancellations because of the war, this was particularly important for us and gave us some peace of mind when booking. I assume that this flexibility, in addition to staying during peak season, may also partly explain the relatively high price we paid. For this reason, it is difficult for us to judge the value for money fairly. Looking at the prices outside peak season, however, they seem much more reasonable.
The residence was very clean, and overall the apartment was comfortable and convenient. The staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.
There are a few things worth knowing. There are quite a lot of steps between the parking area and the apartments, and when returning late from day trips we often could not find a parking space close to our unit. The kitchen has a stove and microwave but no oven. The shared washing-machine system, where you book a time slot, actually worked very well.
We did not use the swimming pool, but we enjoyed having the ping-pong table. The beds were fine, although nothing exceptional. There is no air conditioning, but this was not really a problem for us, as the weather in this area is noticeably cooler than down in the valleys.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, practical place to stay with the family.

Lq gentilezza del personale e la posizione buona
Appartamento apparentemente pulito ma pavimento molto sporco, mozziconi di sigarette all ingresso. Tende oscuranti obbligatoriamente sempre chiuse altrimenti la gente ti vede fuori perché non ci sono le tende bianche sotto quindi sempre al buio. Si sente continuamente tirare l acqua dall appartamento a fianco o sopra, notte e giorno.
Colazione salata scarsa.
