It was nice to have a personal touch with the host meeting us on arrival. We had also exchanged messages prior to arrival and received prompt replies. The location was perfect - close to train station and a shopping/restaurant strip. We took advantage of the in room laundry (washing machine) and balcony to dry clothes. The sitting area was also a nice place to relax after a busy day of sight seeing.

It had everything we needed inside a small space that somehow didn’t feel crowded at all. Comfortable bed, nice amenities, the location in the neighborhood was great and the staff was nice!
Apart from the integrated sink in the WC, there is no sink in the bathroom. The sink in the kitchen is perfectly fine though, so we had no problem really.

Great location, lots of restaurants, shops, 24h laundry service and anything you might need nearby. Metro lines nearby too.
The staff is friendly and informative and sent us all the info we needed promptly.
The self check-in is great and it's easy to access the room.
The room is really spacious, there is a washing machine inside and a sofa. The shower area is huge.
Nothing.

Lovely stay in a quiet part of Shinjuku with only 5 minutes walk to Shin Okubo station. Really nice room with plenty of space and with everything that you need.
