Great Hotel

Easy location from 40, clean room, comfortable bed, fast check in & competitive price. Stayed here twice, on both directions for my mid-trip stop. Lovely restaurant 7 miles away, Putnam’s, is also worthwhile.

Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Clean comfortable rooms. Location was close to the main highway. AMC theater was within walking distance.

Excellent facilities but disappointed in no breakfast as I loved your breakfasts

I was very disappointed because there wasn’t any breakfast provided. It was one of the main reason I paid the extra money to stay there. At the very least you could have provided some free breakfast snacks in the room

Convenient and comfortable

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette with a full sized fridge was a pleasant surprise and the shower was amazing. The staff members were very friendly.

Very Overpriced.

Staff was great and super helpful

Rooms weren’t very clean with a questionable amount of ants and I got no room service all week for trash, towels, and sheets. I was also charged $600 extra and it took two days to get that money back.

Space, bed, clean.

The shower has a block drain. When we were showing, it didn't take much time for 3 in of water to fill tub. Minor fix, but kinda gross. No breakfast....

I was disappointed there was no breakfast. I thought it was part of the cost.

I would like to have had something available for breakfast. I am a Diabetic and forgot and left some insulin pens in hotel refrigerator. I was unable to call and speak to anyone regarding my son picking up for me.

We will not book one of your rooms again.

Never told there was breakfast or anything else offered. Staff were pretty blah. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but it wasn't. Had to request a different one. Chair blocked one side of bed. Awkward to say the least. Feel of room was very cold. Poor air conditioner also. Will not book a room at one of these again.

More pleasant staff and they need to be available. Most times were not at desk. Never got them to answer the phone call from my room. Poor place to unload car as well.

I will definitely be back when I'm able!

The staff, the king one suite was amazing! The hotel was beautiful all around!

The only thing that disappointed me was the size of the pool. Our family of 5 took up all the space, so really nobody else was comfortable enough to come in there with us.
