Close, clean, convenient.

Great stay. We meet family here a few times a year to pick up and drop off grand kids. My daughter is very picky about where she stays. TownePlace always meets and exceeds her high standards. The property is very near to I-40 with many dining options.

Seems pricey for a bed and a so-so breakfast Tried to book again for the return trip and they are sold out. Maybe it's because we're trying to get rooms for the weekend.

High price for only an average stay.

The location is good across from the busy side of the interstate. Rooms were clean.

Showing signs of age and wear, especially elevators. Breakfast was subpar for a hotel.

Good choice

Great location right off of the highway. Close to nicer restaurants. Clean. Room smelled nice not musty. Staff was very friendly.

Hand soap was missing from bathroom. No big deal but a 10 minute inconvenience. Wifi would connect and disconnect constantly.

Hotel was super clean and room was excellent size for two queen beds. Very nice setup for kitchen. Overall the whole hotel was nice looking and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. At 8:30 in the morning no eggs left. Staff would not bring any more eggs out even though breakfast bar closed at 9:30. Very limited on breakfast selection. Not family friendly. Breakfast and hotel was geared more toward a business single person on the go. Went to desk numerous times and no one was there. Not a very good greeting staff. The hotel is way over price for what you are getting. If you or family are wanting a place to just lie down at night there are numerous hotels in Cookeville at a lower rate for the same ammenties or better. Went to desk numerous times and no one was there. Not a very good greeting staff either during the night. Most of times desk cleark wass on their cell away from desk.

Unreliable, wouldn’t recommend

Nice facilities based on exterior and lobby.

The property cancelled my reservation without notifying me and claimed all other hotels were full. They made no attempt to help me find other accommodations and I did not receive any notification of the cancellation. Acted inconvenienced when I asked for a cancellation number. I’m not usually one to be bothered, I know things come up. They claimed a maintenance issue which is unavoidable. But zero notice and a rude receptionist who refused to help further? I wouldn’t recommend them, no matter how nice facilities seemed. dampened our stay in Cookeville.

Highly recommend

The room was huge, great size for an old lady with 2 dogs. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and kind. The rooms were clean.

The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good! Thanks!

There was no soap at the lavatory in bathroom and the shower gel was practically empty. When I asked for soap I was given the excuse that it was on order. Disappointing!

Very beautiful, full kitchen in room, separate bedroom , great breakfast , the employees were really great. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay.

It was clean and convenient for what we needed. Nothing overly special about it.

It was right down the road from the gym we were dropping into which was convenient. Also helped that Sam’s Club was across the street so we could save on gas.

Beds were pretty stiff but we’re also used to sleeping on a softer mattress at home. The bathroom doesn’t ventilate very well so if you take a hot shower the fire alarm located right outside the bathroom door is not smart.
