Nice location . Host Fulvio was very helpful with check in and luggage storage. As this was my first visit to Naples i felt comfortable with my room and location.

The area was very good and calm, the owner was also very friendly and helpful.
The signal in the room was weak, howerver there was a wifi router.

Great place, great location, great staff, everything was perfect! Fulvio is very helpful and he is answer very quickly on every message! Highly recommanded! His father is a gentleman too! (Thank you for the water!)

Location and Host was great. Room was spacious. Bed was adaquite. For the price, it's fair but if I was to go back again I'd stay somewhere else.
Aircon and dehumidifier was required due to Naples being 30+oC and the first night the aircon wasn't working. Even when it was working, we where contantly hot and humid in the room and having to manually empty the humidifier every few hours. The aircon was fixed after the first night otherwise we'd have to look for accomonidation elsewhere.
Access to the property requires 4 different keys which made entering/exiting a bit of a pain.
Shower is rusty, 1/2 of it is missing, and it's small. It wasn't pleasent to get ready in the morning/evening. Towels provided are basic.
