The food was very good, and there was a wide selection of different types of food for breakfast and dinner. The wellness was also good, specifically the sauna part.
The staff, particularly at the reception, was pretty cold and hard to communicate. The staff did not speak English. Just German or Polish. They do not speak Czech. The guest's feeling was not just there.
The hotel was nearly empty. But they still gave us a room on the first floor facing a very closeby parking lot. We got no option during the booking to choose a seaside view, which was approx. 80% of the rooms in the hotel.
