Beautiful room and courtyard with a great central location. Host was so kind and helpful and everything went smoothly.
Check out is a bit early and non flexible. A small improvement - but it would have been nice to have an extra paper bin in the room, instead of just the small bin in the bathroom.

The location was awesome, right in the heart of Old Naples
The stairs were treacherous - but we were well warned, so we expected them, and they weren’t the worst ones we had to deal with on this trip.

The hotel is in a very old historic building and the facade of the building is quite stunning. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The location was amazing - right in the Centre of the historic area. Lots of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Lots of things to see close by.
The room could have been cleaner and the shower didn’t drain very well. No staff available on site to assist.
