Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr nett.
Im Restaurant isst man ausgezeichnet.
Die kostenlosen Getränke auf der Etage sind auch erwähnenswert.
Das Frühstück war im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut.
Ich hätte mir etwas mehr regionalen Käse gewünscht und ein bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Brot.
Auf dem Zimmer hat uns ein großer Spiegel gefehlt.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus. Neu renovierte Zimmer. Gute Lage
Viel zu wenig Personal. Haben am letzten Morgen vor dem Frühstück einen Teil des Gepäcks an das Auto gebracht. Der Schlüssel funktionierte nicht mehr und wir kamen nicht mehr ins Haus. Trotz 3x klingeln öffnete keiner die Tür weil einfach keiner da war. Und es war 8 Uhr. Nach 20 Minuten funktionierte das Schloss wieder. Beim Frühstück wurde nichts aufgefüllt und die schmutzigen Tische nicht abgeräumt. Auch wurde das Zimmer bei unseren 2 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht geputzt. In dieser Preisklasse erwartet man schon dass ein Mindestmaß Personal im Haus ist.

Habitacions recentment renovades, tot net. El noi que ens va rebre va ser amable. Pots aparcar el cotxe al voltant de la casa gratuïtament. Hi ha cafè i aigua gratuït.
No ens van voler servir el sopar quan tothom estava sopant i era aviat perquè ens van dir que s'havia de demanar amb 1h d'antel·lació, però no ens havien avisat abans.
Hi havia molted abelles grans, algunes de mortes al terra.

Location was good. Nice looking building.
Very much a guest house rather than a hotel. I only ate breakfast there, but I imagine it's a nice restaurant with, as a sideline, a few rooms.
Breakfast was OK. Cold hard-boiled eggs, some cold meats, good Nespresso coffee…
The room was OK, with a large TV. Swiss power sockets which were incompatible with the adapters I'd brought (and which work in France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Austria, Czechia…).
I wouldn't normally object to having no air conditioning: hotel aircon is often set too cold for my liking, and makes the air dry. Unfortunately, I visited when daytime temperatures were approaching 40°C, and it was still hot overnight, with mosquitoes.
Doing a long road trip I needed to get some laundry done. I asked (in good German) if they had a laundry service, or if they could recommend a local laundry (Wachsalon). The woman on reception looked horrified. "There is Wachsalon, and I do not do guests' laundry" she informed me (in German), in tones that implied I'd requested something demeaning and grossly inappropriate. (I subsequently drove to a laundry in a nearby village, but they were going on holiday the next day and couldn't help. I eventually had excellent service from https://oriella.ch/ who collected my laundry and returned it to the guest house next day. - I don't know why the guest house didn't recommend this or a similar service, rather seeming offended at the enquiry.
